Dress Hire Policy

By renting a dress with Soha you are entering into a legal agreement and bound by these terms and conditions.
We recommend you review these prior to renting.
We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement in the future and any changes will apply.

Rental period

Rental period means the agreed weekend or midweek hire that the client has booked the dress for.

The moment the dress is handed over to the client it is the clients full responsibility to protect this garment and return the Monday after the weekend event.

Clients must provide a photo of the postal lodgement.

Price and payment

The price shall be Sohas current price according to Sohas product list as detailed on www.soha.ie website. 

Soha reserves the right to change the price. 

The advertised rental price on instagram may differ at time, please refer to our website for current prices.

We only accept credit/debit visa card

We do not accept revolut cards.

Please note we only accept payments through republic of Ireland cards and delivery.

Cleaning Fee

Soha dress hire prices include dry cleaning fee. This is why prices vary as dry cleaning prices range from 20- 50 euro depending on the dress. We dry clean prior to hiring and when returned. Clients should not attempt to clean any dress or stains under any circumstances.

If the dress is heavily stained, especially with fake tan, the customer reserves the right for Soha to charge an extra 20€ for deep cleaning for the next client.

If the dress is damaged beyond repair we require full retail value of the dress.

Cancellation

Soha may cancel your order where the shipping address was not confirmed- please ensure full address and mobile number is confirmed prior to ordering.

Store credit will be applied if unconfirmed by client.

Please ensure someone is home to sign for your Soha dress.

If an item does become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances you will be contacted immediately with an alternative or be offered a full refund. you will receive a full refund in cases where we cancel your order.

If you contact us once your item is shipped , your rental period has started we cannot issue a cancellation of yoir order and full payment will be taken.

Rental period and late fees

Soha rental period starts from when the third party has collected the item or the soha team have shipped your item. We aim to deliver your dress the day before your event or earlier where possible.

We offer express registered anpost delivery – please note signature is required upon delivery- In the event we miss you, anpost will leave a collection card and an in person collection will be required at your local post office.

We require the dress to be shipped back to us by unpost pre labelled shipper bag included in your box.

We receive an email from unpost when the item is shipped back. please ensure you return this on day 3 for us to have this dry-cleaned for our next client.

If your return date falls on a sunday or bank holiday you may post the item on the next working day.

There is a charge of 30€ a day per day late fee if unreturned in time. We do have the right to contact you if we need the dress urgently for our next client.

If the client has not returned the dress after 10 days Soha will consider the rental item as non-returned and will charge the clients card 150% of the recommended retail value of the dress.

The rental fee will not be subtracted.

Soha shipping policy

Soha standard delivery is express registed an post next day postage that requires a signature.

We always aim to deliver the dress alteast the day prior to your event if not before.

It is the clients responsibility to confirm correct address and mobile number prior to delivery. eircode and mobile number is vital on all orders.

If there is noone home to sign for the dress an post will leave a collection card for you to collect at your loacl post office, It is not Sohas responsibilty if you are not home to recieve the registered post.

There will be a pre paid shipper bag in your box to return your soha dress to your local an post on day 3 of your dress rental.

If you lose this pre paid shipper bag you be required to pay for registered an post delivery to our showroom or our laundrette.

If this occurs please let us know and forward us the tracking number.

Collection policy

The customer must collect the dress from our showroom located at 31 Mitchelles Street, Nenagh, Co Tipperary, e45 xy52

Please contact us to book your collection date and time.

Collection and try ons are by appointment only.

Please contact us to arrange return drop off appointment.

We may request returns via our Dry cleaners at : The Laundry Basket, Dublin Road, Casement Terrace, Nenagh, Co Tipperary, e45 hp59

Incorrect or faulty

if you receive your parcel to find that you have been sent the incorrect item please let us know immediately.

If there is enough time we will do our utmost to get a replacement for you.

If you find the item is correct but has issues ie stains or damage, please let us know the day of delivery and prior to wearing the item.

If you do not let us know within this timeframe we reserve the right to refuse refund as it would not be clear if it was damaged post arrival.

If you still wish to wear the item after reporting an issue we may offer a discretionary discount.

More importantly you wont be charged damage fees if you notify us day of delivery.

Limitation of liability

By accepting the rental agreement you agree that Soha will not be liable for any loss damage, costs or expenses of an indirect or consequential nature incurred or suffered by you as a result of:

Cancellation of a rental booking

Late delivery of rental item due to third party

None delivery of a rental item by a third party

Changes to the rental agreement

Soha reserves the right to change the rental agreement terms at any time, so it is important you review and accept them each time you place an order.
